A LEVEL 3 INTERVENTION relates to vibration mitigation measures required beneath the supporting structure of the track, such as under the ballast or supporting slab. CDM can design these interventions to meet project specific criteria and often use this in combination with LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2 INTERVENTIONS to achieve vibration and noise isolation project goals..
